How It Works

1. Prepare Your Discs and Get a Shipping Estimate
   Pack your discs securely. Purchase shipping labels and packages (or use your preferred carrier like USPS or UPS). Collect tracking information from the carrier. Get a shipping cost estimate—we'll factor this into your final credit calculation.
   
   
2. Ship to Our Address

3. Complete the Trade-In Form
   Fill out our online exchange form located at the bottom of the page with your information and ensuring that the email address you input matches the email for your Gotta Go Gotta Throw account, tracking number(s) or photos of tracking information. Note: If you do not have an account one will be created for you with the email submited in the form.
   
4. Ship Your Package
   Send your discs using the label and tracking information you prepared and ship at your own risk. We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value. Using a tracking label is strongly recommended.
   
   
5. Evaluation and Credit
   Once your package arrives, we'll evaluate the discs (typically 2–3 business days). We'll add Rewards Points to your account based on our assessment (shipping costs will be considered and factored into the credit estimate (Rewards Points)). You'll receive a notification when processing is complete.

Additional Information

• We do not account for the collector's market. All trade-ins are evaluated based on plastic grade and wear.
• Important: Credit is final after inspection. We reserve the right to reject discs. Shipping is the sender's responsibility. Rewards Points can be used on future purchases.
• Ensure that the information you submit in the form matches your account information.
• If you have a large collection of over 500 discs please contact management.
