Axiom Voyager Lite Backpack Disc Golf Bag

Great lightweight bag! Straps and pads are nice and thick. I can fit 8 discs up top (6 mids and 2 putters) and 18 discs down below in main compartment. The feet arent the greatest, but they do a decent job. Compared to my Commander, it CAN topple over easier if not set down just right. Not a big deal. The straps accross the shoulders do tend to move to the side and gets close to coming off my shoulders. Im 6ft 205lbs. I find myself having to use the center buckle accross the chest so they dont fall off my shoulders. Thats my ONLY negative grip about it, but other than that, I love it :)

I’ve played 68 holes with this bag since getting it less than a week ago. I carry 16 in the main compartment. 4 mids, 11 fairways and 1 distance driver. I could get a 17th in if it’s another flat DD but it’s snug.4 in the top. 2 Envys, 1 berg and a harp. Can easily get 5-6 up there. For the money, this bag feels well constructed with quality materials.Side pockets are spacious. They are deep and all small items will fall to the bottom. Cool zippered cell phone pockets inside the larger side pockets. Bottle holders are structured with insulation and don’t fall into themselves like on cheaper bags. Thin pocket up front is handy for keys, wallet or other valuables. Time will tell how well the “handle” holds up at the top of the shoulder straps. There’s lots of awkward stress on it from weight when using it. I’ve read complaints about the shoulder straps not having enough padding but that’s not the case for me. I’m using the chest strap and didn’t think I would. The shoulder straps are wide and I find the chest strap helps keep them together, if that makes sense. I find that the bag is top heavy with my configuration (only 4 up top though?). I’d like to rate this 4.5 stars. Very solid bag for the $80.

I upgraded to this bag from one of the smaller innova bags and man does this have so much more room (mostly). The straps feel a lot better and more comfortable than my previous bag. I have 15 discs in the bottom comfortably though I think 16-17 would be the max. I said mostly before because the bottoms pocket holds the same amount of discs as my $30 innova bag did which is a slight bummer. What makes up for that for me is the amazing putter pocket up top that could easily hold 7 discs if you push it. It has a separate pouch for a single putter as well. For me I typically keep my main putter in the smaller pouch and hold 4 other putters and the fit comfortably. The side pockets is where this bag really shines. They are huge! I keep a travel size umbrella and bug spray in one side and it only fills the pouch about 1/4 of the way. Did I mention there is 2 of these huge pockets?! It also has on both sides a buckle that is adjustable so you can easily hold your retriever and if you really wanted to a full size umbrella. This bag also has 2 drink holder pockets unlike my previous bags one. It easily holds me 32oz Owala bottle with no issues. Another nice feature is it has 4 clipping points for things like Bluetooth speakers or towels. So far I have not had any issues with falling over or stability on the ground. Biggest gripe for me is the placement of the handle on top as it is incorporated into the back straps and not actually attached to the top of the bag. I’d assume this is due to the nature of the putter pockets which I’d gladly have and will deal with the handle placement. Another minor gripe is there is no sort of dividers in the bottom disc pocket but it’s not really necessary so I give it a pass. Overall if you can afford this bag I would say get it. The Innova bag I had was a good bag but more for a beginner. I could see myself using this bag for years to come and may even pick up a Rover 2.0 in the future to use with it.

The last bag I bought off Amazon about 10 years ago (left in photo) was a very similar model MVP bag. If I recall correctly, it was about $20-25 at that time.Obviously times have changed considerably with regard to the price, but this bag seems just as high quality, if not higher quality than the old one.I had no issues with the last one and don’t expect any with this one. Zippers seem solid, if not upgraded. Lost a couple discs of storage space, but has more accessory room. Personally I’d rather have the space for more discs, but it fits what I needed it to.Did not come with dividers, but does have the velcro to install them, and assuming I’m in the minority of people who actually use them. Unfortunately those don’t seem to be for sale anywhere…A lot of the design is similar to the old bag I had, most things like zippers, strap padding, etc, seem to be an upgrade in quality to a decade ago, which is nice considering the value of the dollar has degraded massively over that time.

This bag packs a lot of features in for the price. Lemme start with the negatives I do have. The pickup handle is not comfy to use for any distance so if I am going a short distance I sometimes leave it and come back for it. I really dislike having to use the zipper pocket as a mini holder. If you are a mini in the pocket kind of player it's probably not a big deal. Other than that I am really enamoured with the bag. It stands up so well even when empty. The putter pocket can be used to hold 6 putters snug and still fit a chalk bag and spare towel. The dual loops let me hook on a mini speaker and a towel on opposite sides. Your grabber can slot into the side. You can fit a little triangle stool in one of the cupholders and still carry a really big water bottle in the other. You have two large side pockets that can fit mini umbrellas, rain covers, snacks, keys, phones, etc. I'm not seeing any early warning signs of it not holding up, especially with the little footsies. I got the watermelon one and it looks bright in person. I was very chuffed with the look. I have mine stuffed to the brim with 23 discs, 18 down low and 5 up top . I carry 6 mids, 4 fairways, 8 drivers, a mix of 5 driving, approaching, and putting putters up top. The capacity wasn't explicitly why I bought the bag but, I was very happy to be able to fit so much inside. It lets me carry everything for all my local courses.

This bag is perfect! It's right on the line of being a premium bag! It's super sturdy and even has support walls on each side of the bag! The pockets on the sides are awesome and there are smaller pockets inside with microfiber! Water bottle holders are great and even hold my 45oz water bottles! Bag looks super slim and feels good when carrying it around! There is also Velcro in the main compartment that you could get separators for! Holds the perfect amount of discs too! I got 17 in the bag but there is room for more! Zippers don't get stuck! Watermelon color is awesome too! Couldn't ask for a better bag!!

This means I needed to upgrade from my old Innova "standard disc golf bag" after buying too much plastic! Saw some good reviews of this bag although I never had thrown Axiom/MVP - so I took a chance. This bag ended up being perfect for what I was looking for! Holds plenty of discs in the main compartment (more than I would ever throw in a typical round) with a great pouch on top for my putters & approaches (I fit 4 easily). Tons of room for all your stuff that you'll need in the side pouches and a nice compartment on top for a phone & towel. Will definitely highlight the double water bottle pouches and the fact that its very sturdy - I don't have to carefully set it down and never worry about it tipping. No noticeable wear and tear after a few months of regular use (2x+ rounds per week). All in all I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade or get their first backpack.

I bought a bag, and within 5 rounds of play a seam on the handle integrated into the shoulder straps started splitting. I sent it back and got another one thinking it might have been a one-off defect. Within three rounds the same seam split open. I returned that one as well, and won't be getting another.It really unfortunate, because otherwise this is a really well-designed bag that punches well above its price point. Sturdy, stable on uneven ground, with enough room for 21 discs, and thoughtfully laid out side pockets, phone pouches, pencil/chapstick holders, and spacious twin water bottle holders large enough to hold my large 42oz bottles.

Amazing bag that holds everything you need for disc golf. Top pock can hold up to 7 putter/approach discs. Two bottle holders and plenty of storage pockets. Best bag you can get for the money.

This bag is awesome. I currently have 23 disc in it and might be able to fit 1-2 more. Definitely more comfortable than my Fade tournament bag. The side compartments hold everything I would carry on the course. The materials are sturdy and well constructed. Absolutely worth the money.I love the new color ways available. I went with the khaki and green.

Great disc bag with plenty of extra pockets. Putter pouch on top is super convenient. Will hold 2 putters and 5 12oz beers. Bottom disc pocket is sturdy and will hold 20+ discs without being too tight. Bag stands up just fine when set on non-level surfaces. Bottom is nice and sturdy. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is the handle part at the top of the shoulder straps started wearing out after 1 or 2 rounds. Stitching is very weak there so avoid hanging the bag by this. All around good disc bag for the money.

This is such an awesome unique bag! Plenty of storage for long games, and I have used it as a carry on for short trips. It's great to be able to trust the bag to be sturdy enough to protect my gear in an airplane or shoved in a full trunk.

I bought this as a gift for my son. He really liked the set up of the bag and said it made it easy to grab what he needed without fear of other discs falling out. The construction seems solid.

This bag has an internal frame that keeps it from tipping over. It has plenty of storage room and Velcro to keep flaps open giving easy access to discs. I’ve tried a couple $30-$35 bags on Amazon that were lousy. The only thing that could make it better is holding more discs. It’s a little heavier than the cheaper bags, but it performs well.

Excellent quality backpack, especially for the price! Lots of capacity, several separate pockets that accommodate all of my "stuff" and it stands up on its own.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely LOVE this bag already and I've had it for about an hour at the time of this writing. Holds all 20 of my discs with 2 putters in the top pocket pouch and a fairway driver in the same top pouch. The side pockets are HUGE. Has a great spot for your phone or mini or both on the side. Overall my absolute favorite bag I've had ever and I've had 5 bags from when I started playing in 2018. This is by far the best bag for the price, period.

Super comfortable straps with ample pocket space. I usually carry 18 disc’s total but if I wanted to stuff it I could probably fit 20-21. Also really like that this bag doesn’t feel like it’s sticking out far off my bag. Overall good size without feeling bulky. Also sits upright on most slopes with grippy rubber feet underneath!
