Trade in your used discs for cash, store credit, or Rewards Points

1. Prepare your discs and get a shipping estimate
   Pack your discs securely. Purchase shipping labels and packages (or use your preferred carrier like USPS or UPS) and collect the tracking information. Get a shipping cost estimate — we'll factor this into your final credit.
2. Ship to our address

3. Complete the trade-in form
   Fill out the online exchange form on this page with your information and tracking number(s) or photos of tracking information. Make sure the email you enter matches your Gotta Go Gotta Throw account email — if you don't have an account, one will be created for you with the email you submit.
4. Ship your package
   Send your discs using the label and tracking information you prepared, at your own risk. We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value, and strongly recommend using a tracking label.
5. Evaluation and credit
   Once your package arrives, we'll evaluate the discs — typically within 2–3 business days. We'll add Rewards Points to your account based on our assessment, with shipping costs fully or partially factored into the credit. You'll get a notification when processing is complete.

• We don't account for the collector's market — all trade-ins, in-store or by mail, are evaluated based on plastic grade and wear.
• Credit is final after inspection. We reserve the right to reject discs. For mail-in trade-ins, shipping is the sender's responsibility, and Rewards Points can be used on future purchases.
• For mail-in trade-ins, make sure the information you submit on the form matches your account information.
