The Magic is one of our most popular putters, and one of the best all-around discs for both new players and those with more experience. It is a straight-flying putter/approach disc that can be easily used by beginners because of its great glide and small amount of low speed fade. This is also an easy disc to turn over and will hold just about any line it is thrown without hyzering out.

The Magic has a blunter nose than the other Gateway putters, which allows it to maintain longer spinning action thanks to the added gyroscopic weight distribution in the rim.

Glows

Feels similar to my non glow SS, maybe a little more flex and a little more rubbery. Hopefully it glows well enough I don't lose it

Pretty, pretty, pretty good

Money blend is a plastic I didn't yet have in the practice stack. Nice sticky tacky rubbery feeling after a few short sessions. Has a little more dome than most other putter plastic magics. Its stiffish, but got enough flex I'm hoping it will flatten out a bit.

Kept slipping out of my hand

This disc is a little understable, but to achieve that Gateway made a mold that was hard for at least myself to grip and get solid throws with. Plus the Super Soft plastic is actually quite firm.

It's still flat on top but towards the edge there is more dome than a regular Magic. Bought it for approach shot durability on rough terrain, don't wan my putting Magic's getting cut up. Around 125' it turns over but great for anhyzer approaches. Purchased through E-Bay, happy to pay the extra buck to get the color I want.

LIKE MAGIC

No fade when thrown flat. A little turn if thrown hard. Put a little heizer angle to it and it will fade some like a warlock. bagger for sure

Fun for the whole family

SSS hemp blends feel great and fly great. nice grip when you want to finesse and pt the touch on a putt. BONUS: my dog loves the SSS hemp and SSSS putters plus I can throw them for him with confidence I'm not gonna bust up his mouth. they're durable enough that I have gateway discs I've been throwing my high drive dog for years and they still fly perfect
