It's been 40 years since Innova released the first disc for the sport. We wanted to celebrate by combining our latest advancement in Halo Star plastic with the mold that started it all. And so, the 40th Anniversary Halo Aero was born.

As much as this disc makes a beautiful commemoration for display, it's meant for throwing. You'll be surprised at how useful the Aero is. It remains one of the straightest-flying discs in the game. The added stability of Halo plastic makes it a winner for short-range drives and upshots.

The Aero is a great disc for new players. It's the straightest point-to-point golf disc and the easiest disc to keep on the fairway for novice players.

The Aero is great for beginners and players using only one disc. It's extremely straight and very easy to keep on the fairway for beginners. The Aero is a slow flying control disc with a large diameter and a significant amount of glide. When broken in, the Aero will turnover slowly and predictably. The Aero was introduced in 1983 as the first disc designed specifically for disc golf (then called the Eagle).

Customers praised the beautiful colors and quick delivery. The disc offers significant glide but flies more understable than the 0-0 flight numbers suggest. Some found it "too flippy" and better suited as a driving putter rather than traditional putting. Quality is excellent, though flight characteristics may not meet expectations for straight flight.

The original golf disc reborn

I bought this for a friend who plays with an original Aero that he has using since 1985 that I have been trying to get him to retire. He has shot -4 at Oak Grove using only this disc.
For me it has too much glide for a putter and is too slow for a mid-range.
Way more flippy than the zero turn would indicate. It would probably work well for a driving putter.
For you youngsters try playing a round with only this disc as us old timers did back in the 80s

Understable!

Was hoping for a disc that flew straight with decent glide. My opinion is the disc is way too Understable for having flight numbers of 0-0. Great quality and I love the INNOVA brand, but disappointed with this one 😿
