Please welcome the next great understable disc from Axiom - the Rhythm! With a speed of 7, glide of 5, turn of -2, and a fade of 1, the Rhythm was designed to be either a great first driver or a line shaping fairway driver for power arms. Lower power players will find the Rhythm to be laser straight with a slight fade at the end, making it a great line hitting disc. Higher power players will love the Rhythm for carving up the woods with hyzer flips or natural turnovers from flat, even rollers aren't out of the question for the Rhythm. Whether you're looking for your first straight driver or an awesome line shaper, turn to the Rhythm to find your beat on the course.

Great understable go-to

This is my go to driver. I can get great distance and placement out of this disc. I lean towards under stable discs and this one never leaves my bag. The mid speed fairway driver that can outperform my distance drivers. The color I received can be a pill to find (black with green rim) but I don’t mind it. I just need a second as a backup so I don’t have to worry!

Domey plastic, good for slow arms

Great disc for slow arms. Fission is more domey than the neutron plastic in this mold, and it does feel a lot different, however both discs will pretty much do the same thing with the same throw. Unless its windy of course.

PROs and CONs, Overall Impressed!

This is my first Axiom disc, and I’ll admit it—I’m impressed. The Axiom Rhythm is a 7/5/-2/1, very similar to my beloved Latitude 64 River (7/7/-1/1). The River has been my ride-or-die disc. Hyzer? Yep. Anhyzer? Absolutely. Straight as an arrow? Most days. I love that disc. But like any healthy relationship, I wondered… could there be something similar, but longer? After way too much research (and probably watching more YouTube than I’d like to admit), I landed on the Axiom Rhythm. I put both discs through two rounds of very scientific testing. Round one: Rhythm first, River second on every hole. Round two: River first, Rhythm second. The results? The Rhythm outperformed the River on about 75% of the throws in both distance and placement. Scientific right??? :)PROs:This disc is stupid easy to throw. Hyzer, anhyzer, straight—no problem, just like the River. The grip feels great in the Fusion plastic. The gyro technology actually does something, because I’m throwing this thing about 40 feet farther than my River. For context, I don’t have a fast arm speed. A great River throw for me is around 260 ft. The Rhythm? Consistently closer to 290 ft. That’s a huge win… although on my short local course in the woods I now have the opposite problem because I keep overthrowing holes (when not hitting the trees first). Humble brag, I guess.CONs:Let’s talk color. I bought this on Amazon, so I rolled the dice and got green. Green, for real? I will be throwing this disc in forests where everything is green. If this thing so much as looks at a tree and kicks into the woods, it’s basically camouflaged and gone forever. Not ideal but I knew the risk of getting a “random” color.Durability is my other concern. On literally my first throw, I hit a tree (shocking, I know), and a little piece of plastic was hanging off like a hangnail. I had to pull out my pocket knife and perform minor disc surgery. I’ve been throwing my River all of 2025 and have never had to trim it. Time will tell how well this holds up.Overall:Despite the green invisibility cloak and early tree trauma, I 100% recommend this disc. Just do yourself a favor and buy it from a local shop so you can pick a color that doesn’t disappear into the forest. It’s cheap enough that if it beats in too fast and changes flight, I’ll sell it used and grab another one new. If you have a slower arm speed and want a disc that flies how it’s supposed to—but just a bit farther—go get yourself an Axiom Rhythm. You probably won’t regret it… unless you lose it in the woods. Happy disc golfing everyone!

Great for beginners

I used this as one of my primary fairway drivers to start off (female player, lots of power, lower control). This was one of the only discs that was flying consistently straight and far for me. As I have gotten better and increased my arm speed/ developed my form, it ends right as it is supposed to.

Very true to its description.

I love this disc. Had a hard time finding a perfect fit for my new love of disc golf. But this disc and the Signal have given me a reason to continue to play. They are manageable for my lack of strength and new abilities. Make me feel like I will be able to make some new progress. Definitely for the new golfers , .

Hizer flip machine.

This is my hizer-flip driver. It's also understable enough to turn over as much as you need.

Love/Hate/Love Again

Durable high-quality disc. Easy to see in the grass during fall or spring. Accuracy is not a fair question, as we know we don't always throw them well. I will say, when I nail my release, this thing is a joy to watch. When I don't, it often gives me a good roller. I would say accuracy and stability are good.

My favorite

By far my favorite disc. Perfect for distance with lower arm speed, its predictable, and flight numbers are very accurate.

I don’t believe in much

But the rhythm believes in me. I can’t dance again because these guilty feet have got no rhythm but these hands do. Jazz hands. This disc is More reliable than my dad ever was

I REALLY like this gummier version of the Rhythm. Cuts the line nicely and won't leave you running after it cause it plops

Neutron Rhthym

Disc is very long longer than most stable 9 speeds. Quite stable at first, but has seasone relatively quickly to a hyzer flip machine. Straight shot on hyzer when thrown 280-300. Workable, also a surprisingly excellent forehand disc. Great disc!

Straight as an Arrow

Love this disc so much in Proton that I’ve owned 3 already. It may be -2/1 but it really feels more like -1/1 a lot of the time. Holds its line straight for a LONG time without getting under stable with just a touch of fade to the ground. Can get some hefty distance out of this piece too, easily touching 325’ (with a 390’ max distance thrower).
