The first 12-speed featuring GYRO Overmold Technology is also the first Simon Line disc – designed by Simon to feature the best of what a 12-speed can offer. There's enough glide and turn to generate some truly massive flights, but it also has the right amount of fade to make these flights predictable and controllable. When it comes to hand feel, the 22mm rim width represents the perfect middle ground between speed and maximum comfort, while the gentle dome makes the Time-lapse feel amazing for backhand drives and adds some glide at the same time!

High-power players will find the Time-lapse to be a controllable max-distance crusher – allowing you to create Simon Lines of your own – while low-power players will love the Time-lapse as a controlled-distance driver and potentially a wind fighter as well.

Considering the wait, the first 12-speed from MVP absolutely had to be perfect. Thanks to Simon, at 12, 5, -1, 3, we truly think it is.

Customers praised this distance driver golf disc for exceptional flight characteristics. "This thing goes!" with great turn, stability, and glide. The lightweight fission plastic excels for slower arm speeds, offering easy control and reliable fade. Customers noted it's "extremely easy to control" and performs like beaten-in drivers out of the box. However, the light weight makes it harder to control in windy conditions.

Very usable

The light weight makes it a flippy distance drive for slower arm speeds. Side effect is harder to control in wind.

It’s Simon Lizotte

It’s a must have even though you’ll never be able to throw it like Simon. I have been using the time lapse on every hole no matter the distance or shot shape and I gotta be honest. It’s so fun. Gotta get yourself a few.

Very nice disc, now I just need to learn to throw it better, however that is a reflection of me and not the disc. Very happy with this line, and will use it instead of my destroyer since it has the same flight numbers

Not what I thought

Maybe too fast of a disc for me but it goes hard left, keep it in my bag for those tight turns on mid shots but I do not have the arm for this.

Favorite disc in my bag

If you can rip this you can get a nice flip for distance ending with a consistent fade at the end

Title speaks for itself. If that's what your looking for then look no further. Solid disc🙂

Proper listing

Ended up getting a purple with white rim. Discs are proper 173ish gram drivers. No funny business.

It's overstable!

As it should be. Great deal, as expected. To the other review mentioning discoloration; it's a swirly colored rim, it's supposed to look that way.

Ridiculously over stable

All I can say for this is meat hook. I didn’t know going into purchasing this, but these runs ended up being soooo over stable. If you want something so over stable you can throw it straight into a 60mph wind without turning it over, then go for it. Other than that it doesn’t have much other use in the bag. If you’re looking for a high speed disc with a bit of turn then go for the fission plastic time lapse. Decent price and some cool colors too.
