Customers said this disc golf basket offers "great quality for the price" and is "really durable." The 18-chain design performs well, though some suggest adding a second inner set of galvanized chains for long-term use to prevent wear. Baskets have proven resilient in harsh conditions.

    Skeptical at first BUTTT

Skeptical at first. However after playing lots of rounds with it I can confidently say I’m glad I didn’t pass this disc up. I’ve improved my putting by a lot since I purchased this disc! 5 Stars!!!

I always loved my Rubber Putter from back in the day. The Looner is a little stiffer, but it glows good for night discing.

    Shoulder strap

The shoulder strap (cushion) will curl over. It should be a little longer and maybe more rigid/stiff.

    Pretty good

Pretty good as a throwing putter but putting with it for me is a bit wonky. Some times it acts very understandable and other time it hyzers left of the basket which is a shame I was hoping to find a good glow putter. But as I said before it's a good throwing putter and I will probably bag it for both normal and glow rounds. I played 2 rounds today and something with my timing is off and I grip lock everything so I wasn't hitting first avaliable I was just hitting avaliable and it's held up pretty well other then some cut and scraps.

    30+ years of rubber putterness

I am not the right one to review this disc because it’s been my go to since I bought my first one in May 1992. No typo there! It just feels right in my hand, it tends to “flop” when I want to (rather than bounce)… it’s the perfect putter for me so I’m glad gggt carries them even though I believe they don’t make them any more.

    The Best!

These putters are the best, hands down. They fly straight and true. Definitely worth the price.

    my favorite putter

I bought afew and regardless of my request they sent all black. I decided to get this 5 pack so I could get other colors (see picture of 5 different colors). white was not even shown. they sent me 5 white ones. You'll probably get a similar disc as you want, but thats as close as you'll get.

    Great approach putter

Nicely stable with rubber that likes chains.

    Goes where you throw it

If I throw it backhanded and release it flat, it simply goes where I throw it - no fade really. Heavy and slow - it's ready to crash into the basket. Like it!

    Lightning Bag Shoulder Strap

Exact match and works perfectly! Could be compatible with other bags too, as the hooks displayed are easy to attach to any loops.

    Simply Magik Consider grabbing this!

I’m not sure why I gravitated to this when I first saw it for sale here at G3. maybe it was the nerd in me seeing a ‘first run/last run’. yeah, unique things and whatnot. but anywho, I’m not here to talk about me.
This putter flies almost true straight, wind doesn’t matter if your aiming to make it. doesn’t have a crazy roll away or awkward smack off of the rim when you miss that circle2. when it spins, the chains f grab to and want to hold it. not sure if this will translate into the colder times of year though? but I think I keep my bag pretty warm up until the round. but I don’t throw it down all willy nilly?! lol

to conclude, and offer transparency and full disclosure. I m another one of us. live in a city with a small backyard. basket on one side by the shed, before the back deck around the shed under a giant tree. penncross creeping bent grass putting green across the way, over hostas, lilies, aniris, vegetable garden, and the 3tier fountain. and I usually putt with the true classic. Aviar. I drift from KC to DX, but truly prefer the champion. all at 175g.

so this 175g thing I bought on a whim, has smacked birdies. giving me confidence. I actually got an ace on the first day I used this as my putter. on a whim. because while I warmed up, this beast just kept grabbing the chains.

and the chains hugged it back…

Worth every penny and it floats

Worth every penny. I threw one as my go to putter in the 90's. Had to have it when I saw a run released. Simply amazing and absolutely clutch. I should have bought two
