The next disc in the Simon Line is primed for its stock release - the Neutron Balance! For those following the development process of this disc, you’ll know there have been three Prototypes released for the Balance, each with minor differences in stability. This allowed Simon to try multiple options and pick the version he prefers most (V2) to go into full production, while giving you all a peek behind the curtain of the process. Settling in with flight numbers of 5 | 5 | 0 | 2, the Balance falls between the MVP Reactor and Axiom Pyro - overstable enough for torque resistance, wind fighting, and a reliable, consistent flight - while still having the flexibility of a midrange for shot shaping. High power players will have a versatile, straight flier with a dependable bite of fade towards the end, while those with less power will find the perfect overstable wind fighting complement to their midrange lineup. The Balance joins the Pixel and Time-Lapse as part of the Simon Line - curated by Simon Lizotte himself. Grab this new addition and experience the Simon Line for yourself!

1. This disc is used and may show minor wear from previous play. The Sleepy Scale measures both stability and condition: a lower rating indicates a more “sleepy,” worn disc, while a higher rating indicates a disc closer to new with more “awake,” responsive flight characteristics.

The balance has God feel in my hand. It has a narrow rim. Which will help someone with small hand achieve good control of this disc. I can shape shots both short and long. The fight plate is not domey or flat. It has good glide. Somethings things remind me of an Innova Fox. The plastic is premium, so it's durable. The colors are vibrant. Basically, it's a good midrange disc.

This is a very nice, stable disc that feels good in the hand and it flies pretty straight and then has a nice reliable fade at the end (for any arm speed). I cannot recommend this disc enough!

First drive with this thing was textbook. If you want something a little longer than a zone but not as “fast” as a firebird this is your ticket. MVP makes the best mids in the game and this disc is living proof.

The Fission Balance is the BEST slightly stable midrange! It pushes much farther and fades a bit less than the stock Balance. I cannot recommend it enough!

Axiom midrange throws really nice
I really liked the stamp so bough the disc. Then realized it was the new balance and was excited to throw the disc. Very straight and balanced. When it comes to mid-range discs I feel too many are under-stable. This one holds straight as an arrow and will turn at the end. Second time on the course almost had an ACE! Very enjoyable disc.
