Right out of the box, the Racer flies like your trusty, seasoned Destroyer that took months to beat in. The uniquely curved, beaded rim gives this long-range control driver a smooth, mild fade. With a 6 Glide rating, the Racer wants to stay in the air and carry towards your target, even on a hyzer release. Get repeatable distance on forehand and backhand flip-up lines. Flight like a L64 Grace, but in grippier plastic and a big range in weights. Good glide in tailwind, but able to handle a headwind. Microbead helps with grip.
Fast shipping and disc was in perfect condition of coarse, until I lost it. So I am ordering another one.

These crush. Absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to try a broken in stable distance driver with plenty of stability.
I was stuck at 340 with my wraith. I could never throw Destroyers well, too stable. But I'm able to throw the Racer and get a nice S curve most of the time. I immediately added 20-30 feet to my max distance. Mine weighs 173g. I have to throw it flat to get my max distance. I'm going to add the 167g version for a flippier version I can use in tail-winds.

The edge of the disc where the bead is located chipped the first day it was used. It was cold outside, but still disappointing because I had just purchased the disc and it was my first time throwing with it.
My first racer and I love it. It bombs. If you like wraiths you will probably love this. Faster but more glide. Definitely less overstable than a destroyer. I’m not a fan of beads, but you don’t really feel it. I also got mine in Gstar plastic which I love.
Grippy and flippy. Once I figure out a consistent release angle it should be a good glider.
Just had a really bad experience with USPS delivering it. They jammed the soft package and bent/ warped the disc. I tried everything to fix it but no luck. Never got to throw it either. Kinda bummed by the $$$ lost but I will never hold it against GGGT. They're the best! I mentioned to them what happened and they offered to replace or refund. But I felt they weren't the cause and I would feel bad to ask anymore from them. That's the only reason for the 4 stars from the overall experience. But I will still be on there site for future purchases.
