About Used Discs

1. This disc is used and may show minor wear from previous play. The Sleepy Scale measures both stability and condition: a lower rating indicates a more “sleepy,” worn disc, while a higher rating indicates a disc closer to new with more “awake,” responsive flight characteristics.

2. This disc is individually photographed, so you’re choosing the exact weight, color, and stamp shown above.

The best starter fairway driver on the market

If youre someone just starting out or someone struggling to get decent drives as most of your discs are too stable or just stay on hyzer buy one of these discs. I own several leopards and leopard3's and this is a superior disc in many ways for beginners. My first throw shot off the tee was a nice flex shot, immediately got some turn, moved to flat and then faded out into a full flight. It was the furthest throw I've ever had. The plastic feels great for $15 thats an amazing price for a premium plastic and I got lucky with a nice bright orange disc that should be really easy to find after an errant throw.

Great flying disc

For my slow arm speed, this disc flies well

Can’t beat it for the price

Only thrown for one round, but was a blast. I feel like the flight numbers were true for me, but maybe not if you aren’t throwing over 300’. On hyzer drives it would pull up flat with late fade and finish almost straight out, useful for tunnel shots. Also rim feels very much like a mid which I liked

Made the bag!

Great disc! A little in between the Mako3 and the Buzzz in my opinion.

Love the feel in hand, never been this confident with an understable fairway before

The Ascend itself is nicely understable and can be used for turnovers that hold the turn and push, hyzer flips, or all kinds of controlled lines when powered down. It also shines in situations where I need an understable flight when there is a tailwind. I think it is very valuable to have a disc with that extra bit of understability and I think this disc has just the right amount to be very versatile. I needed something flippier than my cosmic neutron drift and this fit the bill perfectly. Despite being flippy it doesn't feel touchy, it feels like it handles power well enough and it won't just burn over on you if make a tiny mistake. This disc feels great in my hand, there is no flashing or sharp corners and neutron plastic really shines on Streamline discs. The shape of the rim, wing and shoulder combined with the slight dome make the ascend fit in my hand just right. At least for me it doesn't feel weird or goofy like some understable discs can sometimes either. Streamline managed to make this a very comfortable disc to grip and throw and I really felt confident throwing it pretty much immediately because it felt great in the hand. Now that I am thinking about it I think the way they managed to make it feel so much like other modern drivers in the hand contributed to both my immediate comfortability not just holding the disc but in throwing good shots with it too.Feels good, looks good, flies good- that's a winner in my book, folks. I really like this disc and it will be in my bag for the foreseeable future. I can't wait to see how it beats in and what shots I can pull off once I get more experienced with it.

Little longer than five speeds as expected. More stable than flight numbers

More stable than the flight numbers in 168 gram Neutron plastic. It will turn a little if thrown flat, but no hyzer flip. That's okay, it has 6 speed legs, flies farther than my five speeds.

Less understandable than listed

Similar stability to an Innova Leopard, so slightly disappointing

Max distance speed 6!

173 g white slightly domey neutron Ascend

I usually get about 300 with drivers. Maybe a little more once in a while.

Found Ascend to have about -2 turn and 1.5 fade

From a slight hyzer, it will get some turn to the right and fade back, but not quite to the center.

Compared to my sidewinder, it goes about the same distance, but doesn't falter as much into a headwind.

Great Disc

Probably the smoothest disc I own, I can throw it high, low, anywhere and it’s a nice shot, pretty easy to manipulate!

Forehand Flex Monster

Thing might actually be even MORE flippy than the flight number indicates, -3.5 seems more accurate. I use this when my Virus is too much disc, and have been very happy with it. Definitely not a workhorse type disc for every hole, but this thing can shape some absolutely crazy lines both forehand and backhand.
